In 1980, Dick and Sandra Cutler opened the first Cutler Cookie Co. location in Bountiful, Utah. Sandra’s original goal was simple: bake fresh homemade treats and earn a little extra money for Christmas presents. What started as a small holiday project quickly grew into a beloved local bakery known for homemade cookies, fresh sandwiches, and comforting soups.

More than 45 years later, Cutler Cookie Co. has become a longtime Davis County tradition and a place filled with memories for generations of families.

In 2020, Joe Cutler and his wife Jennah, along with Joe’s parents Jim and Coni Sue, purchased the business with a vision to continue and grow the legacy Dick and Sandra created. Today, that vision includes expanding to new locations and shipping cookies nationwide so more people can enjoy the treats that have made Cutler Cookie Co. a local favorite for decades.

Although Dick passed away in 2024, his influence and legacy continue to shape everything we do. Sandra remains actively involved and still takes a special interest in the business she and Dick built together.
